1. Policy of Certi AL\u00ae<\/strong><\/p>\n

The CEO of Certi AL\u00ae, aware of the need to offer its clients a certification service to meet the expectations of all interested parties and determined to obtain appropriate international recognition as an independent, competent and responsible certification body, has implemented and maintains a management system according to ISO\/IEC 17021-1, ISO\/IEC 17020 and ISO\/IEC 17065 standards. At the same time, the CEO of Certi AL\u00ae undertakes to fully respect the current legislation in each country where it provides its services.<\/p>\n

The goals of Certi<\/strong> AL\u00ae are:<\/p>\n

    1. increasing the credibility of the international certification scheme,<\/li>\n
    2. being a leader in Europe and<\/li>\n
    3. to carry out, independently and impartially, the assessment and certification of management systems, processes and services for applicant clients according to the standards taken as reference, in accordance with ISO\/IEC 17021, ISO\/IEC 17020 and ISO\/IEC 17065 and without any discrimination, thus limiting the possibility of applying for certification through unnecessary participation in financial groups and\/or associations.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      To achieve its goals, Certi AL\u00ae constantly monitors the implementation of all company procedures and processes, ensuring their continuous monitoring and improvement of its services and, consequently, the full satisfaction of all stakeholders involved.<\/p>\n

      \u00a02. Certification stages<\/strong><\/p>\n

      Request<\/p>\n

      Upon your request, Certi AL\u00ae provides you with a written quote (Proposal) for Certi AL\u00ae services, specifying the duration of the quote. For this, fill the application form F01.21_Company Profile_V0<\/a><\/p>\n

      Application<\/p>\n

      Upon your written acceptance of the Proposal, Certi AL\u00ae requires that you pay Certi AL\u00ae a non-refundable application fee specified in the quote to cover Certi AL\u00ae’s administrative costs.<\/p>\n

      Initial Assessment\/Inspection<\/p>\n

      To enable Certi AL\u00ae to establish confidence that your system(s), product(s), process(es) and\/or service(s) meet the terms of this Agreement and the requirements of Certi AL\u00ae standards and\/or regulations and\/or guidelines and\/or technical specifications, we require you to:<\/p>\n

      a) pay the full assessment\/inspection fee specified in the quotation,<\/p>\n

      b) allow Certi AL\u00ae access to all data, documentation, work areas and personnel related to your registration,<\/p>\n

      c) at the time of assessment\/inspection demonstrate compliance with the specified standards and\/or regulations and\/or guidelines and\/or technical specifications of Certi AL\u00ae to the satisfaction of Certi AL\u00ae<\/p>\n

      d) appoint a deputy management representative and notify Certi AL\u00ae of this appointment.<\/p>\n

      Certification<\/p>\n

      Once compliance with the points of the standard has been confirmed, Certi AL\u00ae provides (after consultation with you) a scope and perimeter describing the assessed\/inspected activities and their locations. As evidence of compliance you receive a Certificate of Registration or Inspection Certificate signed by Certi AL\u00ae and you are advised in writing of the conditions of its validity and whether it is subject to continuous assessment\/inspection. This Certificate of Registration or Inspection Certificate may be supported by continuous supplements.<\/p>\n

      Certi AL\u00ae may at any time refuse to issue a Certificate or revoke or suspend or terminate such a Certificate in circumstances where, in the reasonable opinion of Certi AL\u00ae, compliance with the requirements of the specified standards and\/or regulations and\/or guidelines and\/or Technical Specifications of Certi AL\u00ae or this Agreement (including, or the use, without limitation of the certificates) has not yet been met.<\/p>\n

      Ongoing and Reassessment\/Reinspection<\/p>\n

      It is a condition of this Agreement that you must advise Certi AL\u00ae in writing if at any time you are not in compliance with this Agreement or the standards and\/or regulations and\/or specified guidelines and\/or Certi AL\u00ae Technical Specifications.<\/p>\n

      4. Handling complaints and appeals<\/strong><\/p>\n

      The official reception channel for any kind of claim is the address info@certi-al.com.<\/p>\n

      Certi AL\u00ae personnel receiving contact from any parties interested in submitting a claim will address the claimant to use the official channel and submit the claim via e-mail to info@certi-al.com, in order to allow the claim management process to be correctly commenced.<\/p>\n

      Other communication channels, such as customer interface person coordinates, reference e-mails, commercial or project meetings, telephone calls, faxes, letters, other means, would not lead to the official recognition of the claim. Any claimant using those non-recognised channels will be addressed to the official reception channel for the claim submission.<\/p>\n

      The claim is analysed by the relevant Certi AL\u00ae\u00a0office and within 10 working days from its registration.<\/p>\n

      Appeals against decisions taken by Certi AL\u00aeconcerning the non-issuance, suspension or withdrawal of certification or other reason are collected and filed by Certi AL\u00ae\u00a0office in contact with the client, that will provide written receipt confirmation to the appellant.<\/p>\n

        Pasi t\u00eb jet\u00eb konfirmuar pajtueshm\u00ebria me pikat e standardit, Certi AL\u00ae ofron (pas konsultimit me ju) nj\u00eb fush\u00ebveprim dhe perimetrin q\u00eb p\u00ebrshkruan aktivitetet e vler\u00ebsuara\/inspektuara dhe vendndodhjet e tyre. Si prov\u00eb t\u00eb pajtueshm\u00ebris\u00eb, ju merrni nj\u00eb Certifikat\u00eb Regjistrimi ose Certifikat\u00eb Inspektimi t\u00eb n\u00ebnshkruar nga Certi AL\u00ae dhe ju njoftoheni me shkrim p\u00ebr kushtet e vlefshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb saj dhe n\u00ebse i n\u00ebnshtrohet vler\u00ebsimit\/inspektimit t\u00eb vazhduesh\u00ebm. Kjo Certifikat\u00eb Regjistrimi ose Certifikat\u00eb Inspektimi mund t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetet nga shtesa t\u00eb vazhdueshme.<\/p>\n

        Certi AL\u00ae mund t\u00eb refuzoj\u00eb n\u00eb \u00e7do koh\u00eb l\u00ebshimin e nj\u00eb Certifikate ose t\u00eb revokoj\u00eb, pezulloj\u00eb ose p\u00ebrfundoj\u00eb nj\u00eb Certifikat\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb n\u00eb rrethana kur, sipas mendimit t\u00eb arsyesh\u00ebm t\u00eb Certi AL\u00ae, pajtueshm\u00ebria me k\u00ebrkesat e standardeve dhe\/ose rregulloreve dhe\/ose udh\u00ebzimeve dhe\/ose Specifikimeve Teknike t\u00eb specifikuara t\u00eb Certi AL\u00ae ose k\u00ebsaj Marr\u00ebveshjeje (duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb, ose p\u00ebrdorimin, pa kufizim t\u00eb certifikatave) nuk \u00ebsht\u00eb p\u00ebrmbushur ende.<\/p>\n
